Iam 8 weeks post hip replacement! Just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to be pain free? Like getting in and out of vehicles, sitting w/o discomfort? If i sit too long i get a burning sensation! Thanks!

It may take a little more time before your pain is better. Keep up with the exercises that were given to you by the physical therapist. This way you will build up the muscles around your prosthesis. You may notice increased pain before weather changes and increased activities. Just know that in the long run you wont regret the surgery.
