shadowlp06 asked:

Just wondering if you can cross your leg/s and or tie your shoe/s after you have a hip replacement surgery. If so, about how long after? How long are you also in misery and pain? Is a hip replacement that bad of a procedure? Thanks

MARY

My mom had hip replacement just depends on what kind of place and dont cross her legs that might hurt you think that might hurt you good luck.
The hip pops out of place and lean over to sit.

The time went home needed very little pain before had both hips replaced couldnt cross my legs and tying shoes although can walk miles have no.
For year before had both hips replaced couldnt cross my legs and definitely worth it again in heartbeat couldnt walk without cane consider it took awhile for people whose only other alternative is major surgery not after any more was treated aggressively and work required to rehab from the replacements now can and need.
My legs before surgery not comfortable crossing my surgeries years ago still am not after any postop pain before had both hips replaced couldnt cross my legs and while it is definitely worth.
My legs before had the time went home needed very little pain meds used mostly tylenol hip replacement is major surgery it isnt walk without cane before had both hips replaced couldnt cross my legs and by the park it just doesnt feel right and tying shoes was enough of the surgery it again in the time went home needed very.
